18: Lucky number.

Eighteen is my lucky number. But sadly, this eighteenth post is not a good post.

I'm heading back to school tomorrow for my final year of high school. I realised that if I really want to do well this year, I'll have to put in so, so much effort. I'm hoping to study Design in Uni, you see. So this brings me to the reason why I'm posting after am almost three-week long silence.

I think I'll have to call on another hiatus. Except this time, it's going to be a long, long one. And I'm seriously considering giving up this blog and Blogskins - I won't have time to manage either.

I'm terribly sorry to those who read my blog. I really appreciate you dropping by every now and again.

I'll honestly try to upload the final skin that I've been promising to for so long; I doubt it'll be any time soon though.

17: Procrastination Manifestation!

I keep putting off my layout. ); So sorry, dear readers. Maybe next week?

I just realised I have a tonne of homework for the holidays, even though I don't want to do it, I'd like to at least make a start/dent. I have to read a couple of books and do a few exercises for a few subjects. Woe as me. );

Something that's caught my eye on BlogSkins is the new movement to eradicate all LiveJournal "inspired" layouts. I know I'm using one right now, and it's a terrible waste (IMO) to delete all these layouts because they're so pretty and must've taken so long to produce.
Hopefully this will bring on properly inspired layouts. As far as my memory goes, I'm pretty sure detonatedlove did a swell job on using the idea of LiveJournal concept. Alas, she is gone.
Btw, this is just an opinion, so don't bother commenting if you're setting out to debate against it. :)

EDIT: I'm changing the layouts. Though I don't want to (it's too pretty).

16: Hi, 2009!

Oh, my Gosh! My last entry was all over the place, haha. I don't even remember posting it. Thank God I have some inhibitions when I'm sleepless and drunk. x) Please disregard entry #15 then. I'm leaving it up there as a reminder as to never post whenever I'm in that condition, LOL.

One thing that holds true is that I have a layout ready to be submitted. I originally made it a while back, but never got around to posting it. So I'll be finishing it up soon, and hopefully I'll have it up by the end of the week. Be sure to add me on BlogSkins if you'd like to see when I finally do submit it. :) My account on there is (KAIGE).

I hope everyone had a nice start to the New Year. :) I spent the night at a rented out apartment with my friends, counting down. It was one of the best New Year's I've had in a long time. And if anyone is curious, the lucky boy whom I kissed was Tarius. No surprises there though!
I've changed to a new layout for a new year. :D It's a pretty and simple one from KISSANDTELL from BlogSkins. And I've also removed my tagboard. Please comment if you have something to say. :)

15: Lazy Lazy!

I didn't expect to blog so soon, but here I am, flittering my fingers over the keyboard.
You see, I've been awake since the NYE countdown. I've been slugging down coffee, VB and Red Bull for a while now. And I feel so very tired.
But I'm pressing on! I won't have the opportunity to stay awake all through the night again since I'll be heading back to school in a few weeks. So .. I'm doing what I can now, haha.

I have a skin waiting to be finished off and submitted. If I stay awake, it might even be up today! Goodness-gracious-me.

Do I sound drunk?
Oh, haha. I need to get more fluids into my body. Maybe the bottle of Coke will do well until I get a fresh pack of stubbies, huh?

14: A Festive Season!

Wow. Christmas has flown by, and the Boxing Day sales were a blast. The New Year is due in and I can't wait to head up to the Harbour to watch the world's biggest fireworks display!

I hope you've all had a nice Christmas, gotten lovely presents and that your stomachs were filled with yummy Christmas dinner. :) I know that's how my Christmas was! Haha. :)
With respect to presents, my friends and family were so generous this year! :D I received a new phone, Skullcandy headphones (not earphones!), pretty white peep-toe heels, books (I love to read) and jewelry! I, in return, made cookies and cupcakes and gave out scarves, vouchers, concert tickets, soft toys and Swiss chocolates as presents. :)

I hit the Boxing Day sales soon after, with a bloated stomach, and scored clothes, gadgets and perfume! I spent roughly $250, a big cut-back from last year's $550 (which included two Nintendo DS Lites).

For the NYE party, I've got plans with friends to go out to a party near to wharf, count down till midnight, ~~and kiss a lucky guy~~ LOL, no I'm kidding! Or am I? ;D

I hope that this year ends with a blast. I can't wait for what 2009 holds. I'm going to be graduating next year, and I've got so many things to look forward to. Like getting my Provisional 1 license (drive unescorted), getting my own car, taking a trip upstate with family, a possible new edition to the family, and hopefully getting a few new piercings and/or tattoo.

I won't be back to blog until the New Year, so I wish everyone the best in advance. Have a great end to the year, and don't do drugs (haha).

I'm so sorry I haven't updated in over a month. ;( My Internet connection took forever to be reassessed. Thankfully, it's back up and running now (and it's faster too!).

I'm surprised and delighted to see that people are still visiting. :) I've lost count, but I think I have .. Five votes for the guessing competition, which is awesome since I only expected the three I set. :3

I'm currently in my last week of school for the year! Yey! ^^ I promise to have an entry up within a weeks time. If not, then the first person to comment/tag will decide what my next post shall be about; no limits (but please keep it decent).

I'll have the results of the guessing competition up soon too. I just have to take a photo that proves I'm me (holding up a handwritten sign of http://kaige.tk or something along those lines.

Oh, and I'm looking into a layout change 2009 as well.
So many things, so little time.

Hi everyone. Sorry about the lack of posts lately. I really didn't have anything to blog about besides the results of the guessing competition.
But alas, I'm not posting that update just yet.

Once again, I'm sick! I have a horrible cold/fever. ):

I can't breathe without making odd *hff-hff* noises and I can't swallow without wincing in pain. I'm stumbling around the house too! I'm like an ageing pensioner with a contagious disease strapped to my back.

So I'm sorry to say that the results will be posted up at a later date when I can get rid of this blasted cold/fever. ):

PS: The maintenance has not happened yet, so I could be cut from the Internet any day now. D:

New layout! Yeyyy. :D
I was kinda getting bored of the amount of brown on my site, so I went back to white. :) I have a feeling that I might change back soon since I'm so picky with colours, haha.

So I've gotten good feedback about the photos idea, and I'm currently looking for photos of girls with similar/misleading features. It's kinda hard, actually! Not a lot of people out there havea mixed/Eurasian genetic make-up. But dw, I'll give you some hints when the entry comes along as to which one is the real me. ;)

Question time! This is getting to be some sort of custom, LOL. :)

8: Resurrection!

Since Karen pointed out that I haven't updated in a while, I thought that I might as well post something before I hop off to bed (and homework, eww). :D

It's been almost two weeks from my last post, and I can safely say that I've recovered from those headaches. :D Yeyy. I'm still missing out on sleep though, oh-ho.

I haven't submitted a skin to Blogskins in yonkers! If I had kept to my original plan of uploading two a week, then I'd probably have more than ten skins on my account. D: I swear I'll get another one up by the end of the year! (I know, that's sooooo long). I think I might enter the Vintage Skin competition. :) I already have ideas bubbling away in my head, though it's a completely different issue as to whether or not I actually catch those ideas and transform them into a pretty something-something. Haha. :)

There's not much else I can report on, so I'm opening another "question" for the less than five readers I get. xD
I don't really mind if you tag or comment (though I prefer commenting coz then it's attached to the entry). :3

I think there might be a person or two out there who is interested in exactly what I look like. So, I've come up with this crazy idea which will probably go nowhere (LOL):

I've been absent for the past week or so. Sorry! :(
I'm supposed to have four new skins up by now, but I've got zero inspiration. Hopefully I'll muster something up by the end of the week? ;O

I think I'm sick. D: I woke up today with a splitting headache. And my eyes feel heavier than usual. Eurgh, I think I'll sleep in (even more) for the next few days.

Hi everyone! It's been a while since I've posted, huh? I see a lot of other people blog more frequently than I do, ahah. I'll try to post a few times a week then. :)

I'm on my Spring break at last! Yey! Two weeks of relaxtion before I hit my final year of school. Wow, I feel so old, haha.

Mine was to be a nurse. (:
I bargained with my mother who wanted me to be a doctor, but I was too afraid of injections and needles at the time, so I chose the easy way out.

Hi everyone! This is my first post. :) I've had other blogs before, but since Tarius asked me (ever so sweetly) to make another blog so that we could be buddies (ROFL) and such, I just had to start again.

The URL I wanted was taken though! Grr. So I had to filter it through dot.tk. Tarius had the same problem too, except he used co.nr. I couldn't use co.nr because the URL was taken there too. :(
